"Make America Great Again" Forcibly taking away the "homes" of homeless people as garbage By America-Today August 18, 2025
So trump is kicking all the homeless people out of Washington DC. What a nice guy! Such a big heart. Why doesn't he take some of the money he claims the US is making with his tariffs and build shelters for the homeless people and feed them? You know, give them a break, for crying out loud. Most homeless people have gotten that way not by choice. During the Great Depression in the 1930's the Federal government put people to work for the WPA or CCC building roads and bridges and forest service campgrounds and trails in national parks. They planted trees all over the west. The workers lived in camps and made an hourly wage. Though not much, it was enough to send money home to their families and get them through those tough times. Why can't the Fed do that now, and actually help people to rebuild their lives get back on their fee in real time? The DC police have already been dealing with this situation for years, as this photo from 2023 shows. They don't need any extra help from the National Guard. กก |
